1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the okapk platform in any capacity — including browsing, placing bets, playing casino games, making deposits, or requesting withdrawals — you ("the Player," "you," or "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with okapk's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the okapk platform regardless of the device, browser, or access method used. They supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and okapk relating to the subject matter herein.

okapk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the okapk platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of okapk following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an okapk account or use any part of the okapk platform. This age restriction is strictly enforced. okapk reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time, including at the point of registration, at the first withdrawal request, or at any subsequent point during your account lifetime.

2.2 Residency & Jurisdiction

okapk's services are made available to players located in jurisdictions where online casino and sports betting activities are not explicitly prohibited under local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using okapk is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. okapk does not represent that its services are appropriate or available for use in all locations.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active okapk account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, CNIC number, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your knowledge, contact okapk support immediately at [email protected].

2.4 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to update that information promptly should it change. okapk relies on the information you provide to verify your identity, process payments, and comply with its obligations under international gaming licensing standards. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

2.5 CNIC Verification

okapk requires all players to complete identity verification using a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) before processing the first withdrawal. Additional documentation — such as proof of address or source of funds — may be requested at okapk's discretion in connection with anti-money laundering obligations or enhanced due diligence procedures.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okapk login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. okapk strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to reduce the risk of unauthorised access.

3.2 Account Currency

All okapk accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made through JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank are credited to your account in PKR at the prevailing rate applicable to that payment method at the time of the transaction. USDT deposits are converted to PKR at the exchange rate applied by okapk at the time of deposit, which may differ from open market rates.

3.3 Account Suspension & Closure

okapk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: (a) a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed; (b) fraudulent activity is detected; (c) the account holder is found to be under 21 years of age; (d) okapk is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority; or (e) the account has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months.

In the event of account closure for cause, okapk may withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. In the event of account closure without cause, any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

okapk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following PKR-native payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT. okapk reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be funded from payment accounts or instruments held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. okapk is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. Deposits are credited to your okapk account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are published on the okapk Cashier page.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions: (a) your identity has been fully verified via CNIC; (b) the withdrawal amount does not exceed your verified withdrawable balance; (c) all applicable bonus wagering requirements have been satisfied; and (d) no fraud or suspicious activity flags are active on your account. okapk targets withdrawal processing within one (1) business hour for fully verified accounts using JazzCash or EasyPaisa, though processing times may vary.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

okapk operates in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. okapk reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds deposited into your account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities. All withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by okapk are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits are specified in each promotion's terms. okapk reserves the right to void bonus winnings where wagering requirements have not been met within the stated time limit.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any player found to be abusing okapk's bonus system — including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, using low-risk hedging strategies to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players — will have all bonus balances and associated winnings voided, and their account may be suspended. okapk's determination of bonus abuse is final.

5.4 Bonus Modifications

okapk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. okapk shall not be liable for any loss arising from the modification or withdrawal of a bonus offer.

6 Casino Games & Sports Betting

6.1 Game Availability

okapk's game library and sports betting markets are subject to change without notice. okapk does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game, betting market, or live event. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or provider decisions may result in temporary or permanent removal of specific games or markets.

6.2 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game or sports betting transaction — including but not limited to software errors, disconnections, or data feed failures — okapk reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and refund the relevant stake to your account balance. Malfunctions void all pays and plays. okapk's decision regarding the outcome of any disputed game or bet is final.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the okapk platform are subject to okapk's Sports Betting Rules, which govern settlement procedures, void conditions, live betting restrictions, and maximum payout limits per event. PSL, international cricket, football, UFC, and all other sports markets are governed by these rules. Maximum winnings per bet are capped as published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the okapk platform.

6.4 Acceptance of Bets

okapk reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: (a) a technical error has caused an incorrect price to be displayed; (b) the bet exceeds applicable staking limits; or (c) there are reasonable grounds to suspect that the bet forms part of a coordinated attempt to exploit okapk's pricing.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okapk platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account per individual person, household, or device.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using any software, bot, algorithm, or automated tool to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or sports betting.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated betting strategy across multiple accounts.
• Exploiting any identified software or pricing error for financial gain and failing to report it to okapk.
• Using okapk for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the okapk platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited by local law, while misrepresenting your location.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with any part of the okapk platform's software or infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing okapk staff, agents, or other players through any communication channel.

8 Responsible Gaming

okapk is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all okapk account holders and can be activated from the Account Settings section after logging in:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in PKR to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from gambling for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the okapk platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for the elected period.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the okapk platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, interface design, and data — is the intellectual property of okapk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the okapk platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any okapk content without okapk's prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of okapk's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal proceedings.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okapk, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the okapk platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of access to the okapk platform.
• Any loss of data, including game history or transaction records.
• Any technical malfunction, error, or omission in game or betting outcomes.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

okapk's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms, regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your okapk account in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit okapk's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

okapk collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available at okapk.club/privacy-policy. By registering an okapk account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

okapk implements industry-standard security measures to protect player data, including SSL encryption, secure data storage, and access controls. However, okapk cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet and accepts no liability for breaches resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

12 Amendments to These Terms

okapk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, okapk will publish the updated Terms on the platform and, where practicable, notify registered players by email. The effective date of the current version of the Terms is displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the okapk platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and contact okapk support to close your account.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under okapk's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Any dispute not resolved through okapk's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable gaming regulatory authority.
